THE STEPS:

  3. List 3–4 myths.
  4. Now debunk the myths
  5. Post the video on TikTok.
  6. Use the same points to create an Instagram carousel.
  7. Have fun with it!

DAY 2: Things that give you the ick

THE STEPS:

  1. Create a face-to-camera video.
  2. Share “Things that give you the ick” specific to your niche.
  3. Offer solutions to those “ick” factors.
  4. Post it on TikTok due to its length.
  5. Head over to Instagram for an educational post (carousel or static graphic).

DAY 3: Significant Moment in Your Story

THE STEPS:

  1. Select a proud moment or a significant journey from your story.
  2. Begin by revealing a comfortable piece; you don’t have to share everything at once. Recognize the strength in openness; it fosters connections.
  3. You can share this as a post, a B-roll, or a face-to-camera video.
  4. Post the content!

  1. Record a short video with B-roll footage.
  2. Show where you started and where you are now.

DAY 5: One week of Tips

  2. Use this prompt: Use “No one ever blank, so I built it” to address a niche-specific problem.
  3. Add Audio: Find a sound that enhances your message.
  4. Post the content

DAY 7: Top Tip Drop

THE STEPS

  1. Create an Instagram Carousel:
    • Make a post with your top tips.
  2. TikTok B Roll:
    • Turn the carousel into a TikTok video using B-roll.
